Just found ANOTHER issue with GTC...I sell a variety of items..seldom more than 2 or 3 of the same. Just realized EBAy shows an item "out of stock" after it sells but relists it showing zero available. Thanks bay..waste my free listings listing something I no longer have. Grr!

So you are saying then your item was relisted out of your Sold Items ?? It didn't come out of unsold items or items Ready to List area ?? I don't know how that's even possible !! Sold Items are Sold Out and They Should Never be relisted unless you have that same item saved in another area !!

If your sold items are staying active or relisting, you need to turn off the Out Of Stock option off in your site preferences.
If you are using the OOS option, you'll need to end the sold listings once they sell out.

If the OOS option is turned on, a sold out item will keep relisting until you end the listing.

Interesting !! I use that option now but when my ( 5 or 6 ) are Sold Out I don't need to End the Listing as the Listing Ends Itself Once All ( 5 or 6 ) are Sold in That GTC Period !! But if not all Sold then You are Saying it Will relist them with the Original ( 5 or 6 ) instead of ( 2 or 3 ) that may Remain ?? If I don't End The Listing ??? Or Change it Before it Rolls Over ??

It will stay active as a hidden out of stock listing for up to 3 months: "If your listing has a quantity of 0 for the entire 30-day billing period for 3 consecutive 30-day billing periods, we end it."

On your multi quantity items, when it relist, it will show the remaining quantity.

They are hidden from public, but they do relist and count against your available listings.

As others have told you, it is likely you need to pay a visit your your Site Preferences for Inventory. It is likely that you have the OOS function checked off. Here is some information you may find useful and more details to better understand.
