GSP

I am for some reason struggling with the international sales and the GSP. I have an auction that I opened up to be able to see in Australia for a bidder. Finally I got that to work. Now he keeps telling me he can't see what the shipping is going to cost. I understand that I ship to the ebay hub in Kentucky then they take it and send it from there. Am I doing something wrong that this person can't see what the costs are going to be to ship to him?

The GSP is being replaced by a new program "eBay International Shipping", not to be confused with "eBay International Standard Delivery".   If you used the GSP, your account will be automatically enrolled in the new program.  It causes a few problems like the one you mention.
