So i refunded a buyer fully (615$) for a product, but left a bad review even if i fully refunded it, saying that (scammer, didnt ship) even if i didn't need to ship it, because i already refunded it. Is there a way i can deal with the false bad review?

It's possible a negative feedback cannot have the word "scammer" in it. Try calling customer service and be real polite and see if they can delete the feedback. I had someone with "fake" in negative feedback a while ago and got that taken off. And explain why it was refunded and not mailed. Just a thought.

Why did you refund the buyer?

Why did you refund? Did the buyer request it or did you on your own?

Sometimes a refunded buyer is still disappointed when they don't get the item they wanted and leave bad feedback. I have heard of cases where negative feedback was removed if the buyer had opened a case and were refunded through it, but I don't know if it's the same when the seller backs out of the transaction.

Buyers are allowed to post their experiences here on Ebay, good or not good. You can contact them and ask to revise the feedback.

I did it on my own, due to the item being damaged accidentally

Your first transaction as an eBay seller is a negative. That's not a good start.
We need a little more information on what transpired for the buyer to feel they needed to leave a negative review.

something bad seem to happen to the product (like being damaged accidently) so i had to refund it so the buyer doesn't get a broken item

You refunded the buyer instead of going through with the sale.
Maybe you did not go through with the sale because you were not satisfied with the bid price and made up the story that the item was damaged?
The buyer was the highest bidder.
The buyer wanted the item.
The buyer is unhappy.
The buyer left you negative feedback calling you a scammer.
Maybe you are. Maybe you aren't.
But I can understand the buyers anger.
Fully refunding someone doesn't always make them happy.

Im actually dealing with this same issue. I sell rare one of a kind clothing from 1970's. I put a stock tag right in the front of them & tell them to not remove it until they know they want it for good. A stripper bought a $200 pantsuit from the 1970's, took photos of herself in it. Now claims she got something else. I took photos of the item, stock tag & her shipping label to prove she is a liar.
But I told her to send it back & would be happy to take it back but she has to pay for shipping. She left me the exact same **bleep** feedback. That I am a scammer & she claims I threatened her. Which is a joke because the text records everything. So its proof she is just nuts.
Ebay told me flat out it doesn't matter if she returns her dirty underwear they will not protect me. Buyer comes first. Im not kidding either! I had to ask her 5 times. They refuse to protect me. The only way they will is if I was a power seller.
I should have looked her up online beforehand & never shipped it at all. She is just vulgar. How are we ever supposed to get to be power sellers if we cant afford to sell on ebay?

Okay well from your buyers perspective, you put a new phone up for auction, it sold for $605 and they feel you are not shipping it because it didn't sell for as much as you wanted so you refunded their payment. They in turn left feedback reflecting what they feel happened.

What reason did you use for canceling the sale and refunding the buyer or did you just refund without canceling the sale?
Others have already mentioned you are new to selling on eBay you should know that cell phones are one of the most attractive items to every scammer out there.
You also appear to have sold a 25th anniversary WII console and currently have another one listed that is exactly the same. Did you have 2 of them or did you also cancel the sale on that item and relist it?
As a seller canceling sales of your own accord is a cardinal sin and it only takes a couple of those to get your account suspended for life. Exercise caution with regards to how you are operating as a seller on eBay.
