So i refunded a buyer fully (615$) for a product, but left a bad review even if i fully refunded it, saying that (scammer, didnt ship) even if i didn't need to ship it, because i already refunded it. Is there a way i can deal with the false bad review?

Ok thanks for the tips, i will do much better next time, and as for the red wiis, a buyer didn't pay for the item after 4 days so i had to cancel it and relist it. Also yes i did refund without canceling the order (yeah am not smart, i should've learned more and prepared)

What reason did you use for canceling the sale and refunding the buyer or did you just refund without canceling the sale?
Others have already mentioned you are new to selling on eBay you should know that cell phones are one of the most attractive items to every scammer out there.
You also appear to have sold a 25th anniversary WII console and currently have another one listed that is exactly the same. Did you have 2 of them or did you also cancel the sale on that item and relist it?
As a seller canceling sales of your own accord is a cardinal sin and it only takes a couple of those to get your account suspended for life. Exercise caution with regards to how you are operating as a seller on eBay.

Also yes i did refund without canceling the order (yeah am not smart, i should've learned more and prepared) You may have a possible problem if you refunded without canceling the order. EBay may possibly see the order as still pending and not be aware of the fact that you have already refunded the buyer. If the buyer opens a INR case you may have some issues. EBay is not very forgiving when it comes to sellers and it doesn't take much to get your account suspended.
Correct action on the WII if the buyer didn't pay. Nobody starts out here knowing everything. I have been here a long time and learn something new almost daily. A couple of suggestions
1. Before you continue selling read through the help files and gain a solid understanding of some of the
key eBay policies and processes. Especially the fee schedule and the Money Back Guarantee.
2. Fully understand what to do if the buyer opens a INR, NAD case with eBay or requests a refund and
how to handle and respond to those cases through the proper processes.
3. Both BIN and auction formats have their pro's and con's but as a new seller try to avoid the auction
format the OBO till you have some experience. If you can find an average market value for what you
are trying to sell use the BIN format with immediate payment required.
4. Make sure you either factor the shipping cost into your BIN price or use calculated shipping. The buyer
should be the one paying for the shipping you should not be taking that out of your sale amount. Your
current listing has free shipping. I am not sure of the size and weight of the item but are shipping it
USPS priority mail and it looks a bit large and possibly heavy.
5. Read through some of the postings on this forum and become familiar with and learn how to identify
scam attempts before you fall victim to one. You can always use this forum to ask questions BEFORE
you get into a bad situation.
