I was wondering if I bought a CD and the original had read errors could a copy of the recovered CD contents be considered piracy If I include the original CD with it showing ownership of it.
If so I want to know, so I do not try it.

Even if I include the original and the recovered CDs as a backup. Thank you for your reply BTW.
