Free same day ship followed to a tee..yet no green highlight (2-4 day) in listing?

I have a same day shipping policy which I have strictly adhered to, without exception since I began my seasonal sales at the beginning of this year. Only once, in early Feb., did an item take more than 3 days to reach it's destination (4 days) which was squarely on the USPS.

Monday through Thursday the green highlighted shipping times (i.e. "Free 3 day shipping") changes wildly between 2 day, and 4 day, with 3 day, making an occasional appearance.

That's bad enough, considering the fact that I am paying promotional fees, but come the weekends, it's just "Free Shipping" with NO green highlight or estimated day number.

I HAVE spoken to eBay C.S. on 3 occasions and each time I was assured the problem would be resolved. Honestly? I feel as though my items are being throttled back during high sale times to benefit a high volume competing seller..who never seems to have the same issue.

Same here, I spoke to them until I was blue in the face they just told me I’m imagining it, a competitor that uses a slower courier has green highlight 2-3 days mine not only faster but the have added estimate time twice as long. It’s driving me nuts, it includes next day 24he post promo items. 
same happened last Christmas. This must be illegal as it is not in the T&C’s at least I can’t find it. And it’s 100%!happening and I’m above standard in everything.  When i buy myself I look for the green highlight delivery times so very annoying.
