Free listing promotion (200 Free) not working

I just accepted the new promotion (200 Free litings from June 21 to June 25) and get the message, "You have already accepted this offer", but I do not have the 200 free listings in my promotions.  What happened?

It's the latest ebay glitch of the day.

I heard that they are working on getting it fixed.

I did use use it & there were no fees ,

& the listings were not deducted from my regular monthly allotment.

I ran 200 in Turbo Lister's fee calculator and it can out $0.00.

Although it didn't show up immediately at the bottom of my "all selling" page, it did go into effect for me immediately and now shows up in my promotions.

They seemed to have gotten it fixed around 6pm eastern time.
