Just a thought on my part, how many feel listings should state Shipping Included vs saying Free Shipping surely buyers know that there has been a money amount added to cover the cost, showing Free Shipping just seems to be false information.

Most sellers who offer free shipping (myself included) factor the cost of shipping into the item price. On those rare occasions when an insured item is lost or stolen, if and when the shipper pays the claim, you get the shipping cost refunded too. That doesn't happen when the shipping is a separate charge.
Now I know it seems to be trying to split hairs, but might not the shipper refuse to refund the shipping portion if the item was sold with "shipping included"? Don't know.

No, if the buyer is not paying a separate shipping cost, then it is of no concern to them how much shipping cost the seller.
You purchase an item, happy with the cost - shipping is a moot point.
In the case of a return (change of mind) the buyer pays shipping if the seller does not offer Free Returns - in the case of not as described the seller pays shipping.
And everyone likes to see the word FREE - whether they believe it or not

Exactly. That's why i don't offer free shipping.
I think buyers are smart enough to know that $15 with free shipping is the same as $10 with $5 shipping.
