Hello all!
I am new here, so please be kind.
I have been getting notified since December that my item not as described rate is high/very high but I just read the service metrics policy and it states that there must be 10 unique buyers for eBay to charge an additional 5%. They have been charging this 5% fee since December and I am evaluated every 60 days. However, I can only find 7 returns that were either actually shipped back to me and I refunded or I refunded after receiving photos of damaged products. There were 14 that were either not shipped back which by default made me the winner of the case or were found to be in my favor. They are saying that for each evaluation period I had between 10 and 12 returns.
I have been trying to get this resolved with eBay since the 20th of April only to hear each time I speak with someone that they need to send me to someone else and then that department refuses the call and this person has to send an email to them and I will hear back in 72 hrs. When they get back to me it is always about defect removal - not the returns that are counting against me and they don't respond to my emails informing them of the mix up and the issue that needs to be addressed.
How do I get this resolved? What can I do? I want them to stop charging that 5% and refund the 5% they have been taking for 6 months.
Thank you in advance!
Nicole
