How to report sellers on EBay who are stealing personal property and selling the items on EBay.  This is a family that steats.

You would have to file a police report, if this happened to you personally, and submit that to Ebay.

In the matter of ANY theft, regardless of what the thief does with the stolen item, law enforcement needs to be involved immediately.  

FWIW, I do not see this as an eBay problem.
