There are payment holds on new sellers so funds are held for around 21 days

You have not sold in 6 month, have you signed up with Payoneer or are you still trying to use Paypal.

After you linked your Payoneer account and eBay said you're all set or you got an email saying your account is activated then your funds will be held untii tracking shows delivered, or in 21 days if there is no tracking.  When did the buyers receive their items?  If they've received their items and you haven't received payment you need to contact eBay.
