Times have changed on eBay. Its expectations of sellers is greater. Gone are the days where all you needed was a good picture and adequate title to make a sale. I looked at all four of your listings and had some thoughts.
Consider adding more photographs of the items, from all angles and vantage points. Use a light colored background. White is most preferred for inclusion on Search engine results.
It is said that high traffic on a listing without sales can begin dropping it lower in Search. In your case, you have the traffic but zero sales conversions. The buyer clicks through, but then abandons the listing. Why?
I noticed the listings are just bare bones. There is minimal detail in Item specifics. There are virtually no descriptions, but only a repeat of the title. Keywords in the title, IS and descriptions are used to determine Search placement in results, and not just on eBay, but thru Google, Bing and the like. It is hard to compete with a seller who does have a complete description over one who does not.
To compete on todays eBay, listing information is vital. Below is a link on how to improve one’s sales conversions that i thought might be helpful. Good luck, and hope your sales improve.

New seller, few items listed (one item listed twice?), lots of competition... the list could go on. Hang in there.

Did you sell before on another ID? Many are cautious to buyer from a zero feedback seller. Why is the gas tank listed on two different auctions? Do you have two of those with the same markings?

Some items like the gas tank will sit until a buyer that needs one comes along. By the way, you have two listings for it. If you don't have two, cancel one of them right away.
Use this handy link

I have been off eBay for decades. I had a 100% good rating for 10+ years. Account went dormant. Nightmare getting it set up properly again. Then blocked for "suspicious behavior" (using $ .99 starting bid). I thought it was all straightened out, then this. The Lindberg PT-109 Model Boat Kit (NOS) I have posted has 60 views and zero bids. Duplicate items sell well on eBay. Something is broken.

So if you get a bid on both gas tank auctions you have two you can ship?

Please see my first reply above. I am not sure if my current ID matches my original (supposedly reinstated) account that was suspended for lack of use. I have only one motorcycle tank for sale. I have not been able to find the second listing to remove it.

All you need to do is click your own View Listings link on your post here, and both will show up in the list:
Tank Listing 1: https://www.ebay.com/itm/403484126685
Tank Listing 2: https://www.ebay.com/itm/403484092847

It's called selling on eBay. I am sure they will bid within the last 30 seconds.

Thanks, I was able to find and remove the duplicate listing!
I just finished talking to the eBay help people (and escalated to the "Leadership Team") and they assure me that bids are not blocked on my items, payment options are in place, and the account is active.
All my items were listed and ended with zero bids. I am confused because the Lindberg PT-109 now has 60 views, 3 watchers, zero bids, and a low starting price. This is a popular item on eBay and always sells at a price much higher than my posted minimum price. Something is broken.

No, I have removed one of the listings, thanks.

Understood, but that did not happen as expected on a very popular, low-priced item. That's why I feel something is broken on my account.

Nothing is broken. There is either interest or there is not - unfortunately, your visability will be low with only 4 items listed.
Good luck!

You have 'slow' shipping (shows 'expedited' yet, CA to NV is 8 to 11 days-why are you waiting so long?)
You have 0 by your name (takes time for 0 sellers to be trusted)
You are selling something that few want (models)
You are NOT taking returns

@phiher7328 There's nothing broken on your account, that's not how it works.
It's already been mentioned that you have zero feedback on this account. It makes no difference how long you sold before; it was another account. Buyers can ONLY see this account with a big fat zero on it. Why should someone take the chance to purchase YOUR item and end up with nothing then pay a little more and purchase from a more established seller? These are perfect strangers spending their own money, people want stability these days.
Selling online can be about timing. Just because you see similar items for sale doesn't mean yours will sell immediately either. I've listed items which have similar of the same listed, and mine have sold for more money. Alternatively, I've lowered my price on others and still can't sell it, timing is all.
You really need to concentrate on selling items to get feedback as a seller. Look around your house for five-dollar items. Price them low to sell them quickly. Always leave feedback for every buyer, that may cause them to reciprocate. Also, you need to start buying items, small inexpensive items. Your own feedback will count and help to show that you understand how this platform functions. You can do this, but you need to put in some groundwork first. Best of luck to you....
