How can I get permission to sell my products in eBay?

How were you planning to get paid? Since you are in Sri Lanka you can't legally get paid through PayPal.  Since PayPal is required to sell on this website,  unless you are in Managed Payments,  I don't think you'll be able to.

All you need is a valid paypal account to sell on ebay... You don't need anyone's permission.

There is no charge for listing or for a selling account. If someone is trying to sell you a selling account, they are cheating you.

However, there is a problem with using Paypal which is needed to get paid. PP does not operate in Sri Lanka.  And they know about the Philippine and Singapore "workarounds" - again you are being cheated if someone is telling you to use those.

EBay India uses PaisaPal.  You might look into selling there and using that payment processor.

There is no charge for opening an eBay account. I am only vaguely aware that PaisaPal exists, so perhaps you should ask about it on eBayIndia.

I send funds to my canada friend paypal then he send it for my bank account.

We are used to selling internationally, including to the USA from a non-US address.

I wondered what the workaround was for Sri Lankan sellers. Does the middleman charge you for that service?

You can't sell here until your country can accept Pay Pal payments.

They have been suspending accounts from Sri Lanka that try to sell here.

The OP country doesn't allow them to receive Pay Pal payments.

Buyers may pay a currency exchange based on the country of the Paypal account. It is really unfair for you to deceive the buyer like this.

You can expect negative feedback if the buyer catches on.
