Find my offer I sent to buyers

Where can I view the offers that I sent to watchers and see how much the offer was for

I may send offers on 8-10 items and I cannot remember all of them

Do I have to write them down or can I look them up on ebay somewhere

Thanks for your help

Re: Find my offer I sent to buyers

In Seller Hub>Listings>Active

simply click on <Send Offers - Sent>  as opposed to the button for <Send Offers - Eligible>

I should add though, there really isn't much reason to look at them again, I typically send about 50+ offers/day, you'll be notified if someone accepts & buys it, so not sure why exactly you want to see what you already sent?

Re: Find my offer I sent to buyers

@simply-the-best-for-you If a buyer counteroffers you can't see what your original offer was.  When I look in the Send Offers-Sent nothing pulls up for any of the offers that were sent to the Buyer.

I've tried to look this up but have yet to find where to find it.

@braxtonicole  I'll have to leave this for someone else to answer, I don't allow counteroffers, so IDK how it works when you allow them.   I would think it should show you the Offer History. If not, you could probably go to Seller Hub  & click on the filter button for <Send Offers - Sent> but I would expect it to be there right on the screen.

But, I also know they 'updated' the Offers screens a few months ago & they are taking way more clicks than they used to.  There is usually a Tell Us What You Think link on the top right of recently updated pages & I do reccomend using it, they do get read & I've been contacted multiple times based on my comments, for more information.

I'll page a few people who may know the answer, sorry that I don't.

@mr_lincoln @mam98031 @wastingtime101  Any one of you happen to know this answer?

Re: Find my offer I sent to buyers

I can't help either @simply-the-best-for-you  as I don't do counter  offers either.  Sorry.

Re: Find my offer I sent to buyers

Find the listing in Seller Hub and select Review All Offers from the Actions drop down on the left. When you click on that it will take you to the listing's offer management page. Below screenshots show active Seller Initiated Offers and expired Seller Initiated Offers. Expired/declined offers and counter offers show under Completed.

If this is about a regular Best Offer not Seller Initiated then you may need to expand the other sections which are also shown in these screenshots.

Re: Find my offer I sent to buyers

Before I send Offers to Viewers, I add a Note to the Active Listing for what the Offer was and when it was made.

That means I have the note permanently attached to the Listing whether it is on Active Listings, Unsold Listings, or Orders.

Re: Find my offer I sent to buyers

Thank you so much @wastingtime101  , I hope @milestone_motorcars  can use that information.

Personally, I would expect that screen with the new 'Offers' box to be available to me in whatever notification one gets that an offer was countered, ie; I don't think one should have to go to SH to access it, but maybe that's how it works now.  I know this was all re-worked a few months ago & I now have to click 4 additional times, every time I send an offer, which drives me nuts cuz I send offers out all day long.  4 add'l clicks times 50-100 day adds up!

kyle@ebay is probably sick of me asking him to pass on this feedback, but sellers really do hate when eBay redesigns go from 1 click actions to 4 click actions. It's inefficient and disrespectful to our time.

Oh trust me, I mentioned it live & in person in my last few meetings, including 1 with someone who can actually make a difference.   I didn't go into detail though, just as I didn't here.   In case kyle@ebay  cares so he can pass it specifically.

When I send an offer, I always make the same offers.  Obviously with >1000 listings, I can't remember what they are, so I c/p the exact message from prior offers & also check what I offered prior people.   That used to all be there with 1 click,  I could see it & c/p it.  Now it takes 4 or so clicks & gawd forbid you click on one that was "declined", b/c if it was declined the info is GONE (why?).  As long as you click on one that "expired" the info is still there.  But yes, there are days when I literally send 100 offers, in fact, when it's not Summer, that isn't unusual for me.  So to suddenly have everyone take 4x the time they used to, let's just say I'm rethinking the whole thing!

In all honestly, this comes after the fiasco with changing packing slips for the MUCH worse & many more keystrokes & changing it so the default prints with a price, which should NEVER be on a packing slip & so I have to each time click "this is a gift" which I never had to do before.  Also, that choice isn't sticky, so I have to do it every single time & now I have to navigate all these screens that weren't there before & to top it off, the simple form used to print on a 1/4 sheet of paper, so I could get 4 to a sheet, etc.  ANYWAY, I complained (as did many others) vehemently about all this, in many different ways & was completely ignored.  They took something that worked great & was super simple & made it much more complicated & wasteful.  Now, they did the same thing to Offers.  Thing is with packing slips, it only affects me 1-4x/day usually.  With Offers, it affects me CONSTANTLY, ALL DAY LONG.
