Is there a way of finding a member by their email address? not necessarily a seller, mainly a buyer.

Email addresses are blocked for all members.

It was possible at one time but it's been 15+ years since that option went away.

Not on eBay, but you could certainly email the person and ask what that eBay username is.

If the user has advertised elsewhere on the net, a search engine might be able to connect an email address to an eBay username.
