How do I get in touch with eBay? I've done everything on my end and buyers have confirmed "refund received' yet when I go to the item it says I have not refunded the buyers. Trying to get FVF credit for 2 transactions - one on March 24 and one on April 3... do I have to wait until the next billing cycle?

Credit should have been near instant. HOW did you refund? If you refunded through the Ebay transaction it would have been instant. If you sent a separate Paypal payment, Ebay would have no record of the refund.

@xv1ncent Your only option right now is to email eBay through the Help & Contact page. Might be worth adding more details here as other sellers may be able to get your answer faster. Otherwise scroll to the bottom of the Help & Contact page.

Please let us know exactly what you have done /how you refunded. I see you have asked several questions about how to refund. Did you check your seller account activity to see if a final value fee was credited.
