Final value fee for store subscribers?

I'm a little confused about Final value fees as ebay has different terms published on different pages. https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/selling-fees?id=4364#section3 this page states that fees are 2%-10%, on the same exact page it says that it can be up to 10.15%. On this page https://www.ebay.com/sub/subscriptions it states that fees are 3.5%-10% for starter store subscription and 3.5%-9.15% for basic store subscription. So all I can tell for sure is that my final value fee is somewhere between 2% and 10.15% now (no subscription) and will go to 3.5%-10% if I pay for a subscription. I have to assume taht ebay will charge the maximum fvf seeing as they don't say how to obtain any rate under 10%, so if I pay for a subscription is it safe to assume my fvf will drop from 10.15% to 10%? Is that the only fvf benefit from the starter subscription, a possible 0.15% decrease???

Final value fee for store subscribers?

Store subscribers get a discount on FV fees. The amount of the discount depends on the category each item is listed under. Most categories have a 9.15% FV fee. There is a schedule of how much each category. The Spring update outlines which categories pay what fees - https://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/seller-updates/2017spring/stores-updates.html

Your first link is for non-store sellers.  The second link outlines the FVF rates for Stores, which vary significantly by category.

You can ignore the confusing comment about "If your account doesn't meet our minimum performance standards for the US at the time of sale, there will be an additional 4 percentage points fee on the standard final value fees at the time the item sells. For example, a final value fee would increase from 6.15% to 10.15%."  That 4% penalty applies only to sellers who have fallen below eBay's performance standards.   As a new seller, you have no rating yet. And the 6.15% FVF rate applies only to sellers who have a Store subscription, so it's a really bad choice for eBay to use  on this page for non-store sellers.  Some of the eBay Help pages are really bad.

If you have no Store subscription, the FVF rate is 10% in almost all categories.  Don't worry about the 4% penalty fee for Below Standard, since it's not relevant for new sellers.

The final value fee rate with no subscription and with a Starter subscription are the same 10%, with a few category-specific exceptions like guitars.

These detailed pages show the exact FVF rates for each category:

It depends on the subcategory; some are 6.25, others are 9.15% . You can look up your subcategory in the link that I provided above.

Final value fee for store subscribers?

Let me explain this in very simple english. Unless you are going to do a lot of business and save lots of listing fees with the free ones you get for having a store....then the fvf discounts will never make up for the monthly subscription costs.

But you forget the listing fees. Your simple English is biased.

Try listing 500 items without a store and then with a store.

You have to look at the total picture

Did i literally not just say that?

"Unless you are going to do a ton of business and save lots in listing fees with the free ones you get for having a store...."

Example i currently have a premium store. $59.95 a month. I list more than the next level down most of the time but do not ever use all my free ones. How many saved listing fees would i need to add up to 60 bucks? 120 at 50 cent per?

Not everyone does 500 listings. There is math to figure out for each person. And my point was the fee discount of around 1% for store holders is not by itself enough to make up for the store sub cost. You would have to be saving in lusting fees as well. I would have to sell about $8000 a month to save the $60 i spend on my store in lowered fvf fees.
