Final Value Fees on Shipping

Where can I find the percentage that eBay uses to configure the Final Value Fee of Shipping.  I know I saw it at one time, I've been selling on here for 20+ years, but can't find it now.  Please help this old lady and tell here where they put it now.

It's the same as the percentage for the purchase price.  So if you don't have a Store subscription, that's 10% in most categories, 12% in most Media categories, etc.

The new managed accounts everyone is forced to sign up for will be 12.35% fee on the whole transaction. For international sales- this means if your item is under $10 - you will end up owing ebay money as its charged on the shipping, customs, taxes. everything.

If you get a store ($27 a month) your fee will be 11.35%
