Final Value Fees after store opening

Listings I added after opening my store are still being charged at the highest FVF. The FVF is supposed to 6.35%  but Ebay charges me over 12%. These are for sold listings after I opened my store. Why?

What kinds of items are you selling - what categories?  FVFs vary by category

Store FVF rates will apply only to items that are listed after the store subscription started.  Fixed price listings will switch to store FVF rates after their next monthly rollover; or you can end and relist to put the new rates into effect immediately..

Do you have a Starter Store or a Basic (or above) Store.

Not if you subscribed to "Starter Store". You have to subscribe to a "Basic Store" or higher in order to receive the store discount.

The thing that really gets me is that I have not heard one peep from customer service.

The rate is 7% in Bullion. Are you sure that your subscription is "Basic," not "Starter"?

I am positive, I paying them $28 per month for the basic store.

So there does appear to be an issue with some sellers accounts who are store subscribers like yourself, being charged the incorrect FVFs. 

See this discussion that has been taking place on the Payments boards titled:

It appears that this issue has been going on since the beginning of the month.

Last week there was a thread where people were being charged too much, ebay stepped in on the conversation and fixed the problem. If it is a glitch you can contact ebay. You may want to reach out to them on facebook or twitter. That seems to work better.
