Am not selling my bird.  I canceled a long time ago. I told them.. the text today says paid but I didn’t see any money, someone on site must have it…take it up with them…I don’t trust this site..like I said I canceled from the very beginning.

According to this account.    You sold your bird on November 4th for $75.00 plus shipping.

Consider the money to be in escrow.  eBay need for you to show that you aren’t a scammy seller or don’t know how to pack and ship before releasing the funds.

Don't go off information from a text. Look under your Seller Hub/Orders/Awaiting shipment. If you see the order there, then you did sell it.

If you want to cancel the order, use the drop-down menu to the left to do that, citing 'Out of stock/Item is no longer available'.

You seem to think you are talking to either your buyer or to eBay.  You are not.  We're just sellers and buyers, like yourself, who try to help one another when we can on this peer-to-peer forum.

Having got that out of the way:  In your Completed/Sold Listings, I see the Fenton bird shown as sold for $75.00 plus $10.20 shipping, on November 4, 2023, so I am not sure what help you are seeking now in regards to that sale.  Can you expand a bit on that?

If you were paid, you should be able to see that in your payment summary on ebay.  Do not go by an email or text.

How did you cancel it? From your Seller's hub?  If you had canceled it, it would not have been available for purchase.  As a new seller, you will get your money in 30 days. I know that is not what you want to hear, but if you want to be a member of eBay, that is how it goes. Check your orders to see if it is there awaiting shipment, if it is, ship. In 30 days you will get paid. All new sellers have to go through that.

Don't keep cancelling orders/sales or your time frame as a seller is going to be a very short one.  Don't trust it?  Don't sell.  Easy.

Good luck.

If the buyer paid, the money is in your MP account.

If you're not going to ship the item, cancel the order and refund the buyer.

Have a great day.
