What you believe and what eBay allows aren't the same. eBay is not going to walk back that policy. Wish in one hand, you know what in the other.

1. You can't.
2. A person that hasn't paid is not a purchaser.
3. Here is how you handle a non payer -
4. You will read taht eBays say the shopper MUST pay. In reality eBay CANNOT make them pay.= for real.

I used automated feedback, so when people pay they immediately get feedback. If they don't pay then they never get any feedback.
All you could accomplish by leaving a bad message for a customer is potentially gaining a lunatic out to mess with your store.
I suggest automated feedback upon payment, because I have been bitten in the past multiple times by leaving feedback later and the feedback reminded the customer of the transaction only to have the customer immediately then have a problem with the purchase. I was leaving feedback in batches of hundreds due to my volume and I noticed that it was definitely a thing that happened enough for me to notice it.

So true. Well put. But, a man can dream.
Always loved the " wish in one hand" phrase, pretty much applies to anything in life.

A wish in one hand, a glass of beer in the other. That's my philosophy.

Upgrade that beer to a good single malt Islay scotch and I'll buy that all day / night long.

This is where one might wish they could block sellers to avoid accidentally buying from them.
Your feedback to your buyer says as much about you as them. They may or may not be a deadbeat. They could be sick, didn’t realize they won the item…
You, on the other hand, have demonstrated you are selling without bothering to learn site policies, and you are willing to circumvent what the system allows (it didn’t offer you a negative field so you faked it).
Not a good look.

Really?
Does your grocery store or favorite department store rate you?
It was a free for all, sellers would rip off buyers and then revenge neg them when they got a deserved negative.
The whole system was NOT a positive experience for buyers.

You hop in your time machine and set it for 2008.

Yowza. Cease fire... Points noted. I was giving my opinion, and as you know, since we are throwing out phrases, " opinions are like ××××××× - Everyone has one"

I guess you're right, my first buyer non-payment case.

Your negative comment on positive feedback is a violation...if your buyer reports you that is a violation on your account.
