Why can't I leave feedback?

     Are you trying to leave feedback as a seller or as a buyer? You have 951 feedback postings in the last 12 months 121 in the last month alone. Is this something that just started happening?

I know! I have tried as well, and it keeps saying "we ran into a problem saving your feedback". Must be a glitch or something.

Try for the seller hub / overview page.  Under the orders section is a shipped and awaiting your feedback link.  Most other links are now inoperable such as directly from the listing page.

I changed my feedback settings to leave it when the buyer paid and I never looked back.

I discovered waiting to leave it would occasionally get me a "poking the bear" feedback where my positive would remind the buyer of a transaction that for whatever reason they were not thrilled with and I would then immediately receive a feedback that I would have rather just not gotten. I have 7 neutrals and 2 negatives the last year and only one of them was because of anything I did (an order cancellation). The rest were post office / non-reading customer issues.

I cannot leave feedback today.  I get this:
"Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again."

Same thing is happening to me. My seller hub also looks like a glitched mess. Ughhhh

Given the number of people that are having the same problem that is entirely possible either that or they have another one of the infamous "glitches". I have always been eternally grateful that their programmers and software engineers are not the ones managing the IT systems that control our nuclear weapons or facilities.

Hey @rensass! There is a reported sitewide issue where sellers are running into errors leaving feedback. There is an open ticket for this and if you reach out to customer support here you can let them know that you are running into ALERT14130.

I believe they are because the search engine is messed up as well. I have been trying to search for Vintage Christmas Electric Window Candles and have worded it differently each time. You know what pops up every time...Ready-to-Eat Beef Taco Filling!!! What is up with that?

The taco listing is a promoted listing nightmare with descriptions of dozens of items inside, including Electric Window Candles. The search is fine, that item is not.

Tagging on...was unable to leave as well.  Most of it is for my vendors and I'm a repeat customer.  I'm sure they won't mind if I can't leave any right now.  Another day, another glitch.
