Buyer left feedback saying "Go to Hell."
I contacted eBay and they will not remove it.
What happened to company policies?

Contact them on social media. I would also ask them about the other neg you have where they say the item never arrived but the post office said it did.

Contact ebay on social media? Where?

I use to use eBay for business on Facebook but I just looked and it’s now just EBay. Message them. Give them facts only.
Hopefully if that is now incorrect another user here can direct you to the proper venue.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://www.facebook.com/ebay
https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/
Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't be. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

It's probably what they said in the rest of the feedback is why they won't remove it.

I would say contact Ebay again and speak to someone else. You have a 30 day money back guarantee with seller pays for shipping cost. The buyer should have just returned the item to you for a full refund. They didn't do that and decided to keep it. Say to Ebay that's uncontrollable. Which in addition to the comment "Go to Hell." I would also question that second negative you got as well. If the tracking states "delivered" you are not responsible for that. You did your part. They are blaming you. Which is also out of your control.

Your other neg looks to me like it should also me removable.
It appears that a buyer claimed a item was never delivered but tracking showed delivered but you went ahead and refunded anyway and then the buyer leaves a neg on top of it because they wanted the item not a refund??? Did this really happen??

Thanks, I have contacted eBay on Facebook. Hopefully they will take care of it.
The other negative, I agree, tracking says delivered. But, eBay said it is not a defect on the account, but they will not remove the feedback.
Both feedbacks are very misrepresentive of the transactions. The buyer for the scarf threatened the feedback in a message. I responded with the free returns. But they just wanted to keep it and not pay. The no tag, the worn condition, all stated in the listing.

Rather than leaving the feedback violation, the buyer should have filed a NAD (not as described) return claim for a counterfeit item.
The "Burberry" scarf was not made by Burb.

I contacted eBay four or five times. All I got was it is not a defect on my account.

Did the buyer claiming non-receipt open a claim? If not, that's why the feedback wasn't removed. Had they opened a claim to which you would have responded with the tracking showing delivery, the feedback would have been removable.

They got a refund without opening a claim. Not sure why eBay won't remove it.

I wonder what the interactions in emails were between the two different red doughnuts you got of two different buyers.
Buyers are usually not that rough in feedbacks.
The feedback(s) are rather bad and should be deleted...but this kinda gives me the idea 'the lights are no longer on' in eBay and only artificial intelligence is in play.

If ebay removes anything, it'd probably be just the "go to hell" part. The rest of the comment is the buyer's opinion of the item they received and most replies from ebay are that they don't remove feedbacks in which buyers express their opinion.
