So buyers have 60 days to leave a feedback, right? If a buyer leaves a feedback on the 59th day, how many days does the seller have to leave a feedback reply?

And how many days does the buyer have (from that 59th day) to leave a Follow Up feedback?

The "reply" window is indefinite for both parties.

Funny story: someone asked me about this a couple years ago and I told them the window was indefinite. They thought that was pretty incredible so they went through and left about 10 replies to decades old feedback because they wanted to see if their buyers & sellers would notice. They didn't. At least, the other parties didn't add further replies or contact the person about it. I don't think most people are in the habit of revisiting their ancient feedback. 😂
