Is there any way to get rid of a negative feedback? I’ve offered a refund and asked nicely…

@401mrsb The only way to have a negative comment removed is if it breaks policy, which in your case it does not. If the bottle leaked than the bottle leaked. It's really not that bad, just stings for you to see it there. Keep on selling and it will fall to your second page where no one will see it. Everyone gets a negative at some point and buyers no longer concentrate on that. It's just one red mark and the comment doesn't make you look bad either. If you decide to reply back to this comment, be very careful as that could work against you. This is pretty harmless as it is. Best of luck to you....

Two ways......
1 - The feedback violates eBay's feedback policy (your neg does not)
2 - The buyer agrees to remove it. I doubt that is going to happen in this case, the buyer no doubt bought a vintage bottle specifically for the label, if the label was damaged they wasted their time.

Also I found the attached in the eBay site and when I clicked on “Send a feedback revision request to your buyer” and made another request, they did in fact revise the Negative to a Neutral. 🙏🏼🙏🏼☺️
