Did the buyer open INR (item not received) case? I assume you have tracking showing delivery.
If so, you MUST respond to the case with the tracking number showing delivery. Did you respond?

Not quite sure what you are asking, but as long as the tracking shows the package as delivered, under most circumstances a seller does not have to refund. Afraid that that has no bearing on the buyer’s ability to leave feedback, though. Has your buyer reached out to you? Did they file an Item Not Received claim?

eBay will remove negative feedback if the tracking shows delivered. Call customer support.

Since you are in SL and drop shipping from China the buyer may have not received their item, as you were not the person who shipped it. Someone else did. This is the risk you take with this type of selling platform. Sorry.

I know you came looking for help with a buyer claiming not received, however your payment policy stating credit card via PayPal is misleading.
Buyers are allowed to pay with any one of eBay's accepted methods.
Your payment policy gives the impression payments must be made with a credit card via PayPal. Stating this might discourage a buyer who only has a debit card or doesn't have a PayPal account.
You really don't need a payment policy. eBay puts the methods of payments a buyer can pay with in your listing. Haven't you noticed?
You could say instead, all forms of eBay payment methods accepted.
NEXT, your listing with pictures of the male genitalia poking out of thei underwear and also so vividly seen in the almost see through pants pic is not allowed. That's x rated. You need to change the pic.
