Feedback

NEUTRAL OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK REMOVES ONE POSITIVE.

I HAD 640 POSITIVE BEFORE NEUTRAL. NEUTRAL REMOVED 1 FEEDBACK SO I NOW HAVE 639 POSITIVE.

Re: Feedback

I took a look at the neutral that is causing you so much concern. And then looked at the listing in question. You offer free returns. You are very lucky the buyer did not open a Not As Described claim when you refused to refund for damage. Or leave you a justifiable negative.

Ebay does not support a requirement for buyers to provide pictures of transit damage to sellers to prove their veracity. Just because an item left in perfect condition does not mean it arrived in perfect condition. Things happen in transit.

When a seller offers Free Returns, that means returns for any reason. You failed to live up to your own terms.

You beat me to it, was just about to type this ^^^^.

I had a neutral removed last week.  My FB # did not change.   If your percentage changed, it's b/c the percentage is based on only 12 months, not lifetime FB's & probably a positive or more 'fell off' the back end.

You are spewing so much hate while you have no facts. Look at my other posting „buyer broke item” and then judge, ok? Check first what happened and what the reason is.

Re: Feedback

It’s a score, not a quantity. Giving a seller with all negative feedback the same score as a seller with all positive feedback would be stupid.

No it is not stupid. Ebay would never allow you to have account with such score of neutrals and negatives. Once people go to feedback they can see percentage and details. It is not just a score
