Feedback

Is there a way to tell what day the feedback I got as a seller came in ?  all it says in my feedback is received in last month .I checked my seller dashboard & I got a 3 star for communication . I know it's not a big deal but I would like to know who sent it. I ran a report today for the last 4 days & it came in on 1/2/17 .

Re: Feedback

Hi, yes there is still one place i know of that chronicles the date feedback is left. Its on the mobile app, under your seller profile, click on See All Feedback. The next page has the recent feedback with a date in the top right hand corner of each comment.

Re: Feedback

Yes. Look at your eBay profile, even on a computer or laptop. Or you can run an item number report (minimum 10 items) and methodically eliminate one item at a time.

Also consider which sales involved no communication at all -- buyers can't rate those DSR's.

Re: Feedback

They used to delay posting the DSRs so that seller couldn't easily tell who left them. Do they no longer do that?

Re: Feedback

Redd - those numbers will never match up regardless of what you do - why? well some buyers feel if they have no contact between themselves and the buyers that they don't need to leave any kind of star. Ebay's system of star is faulty if you ask me. I can ship same day all the time and still get dinged for shipping time - I get dinged for communication even though I send a thank you hand written note with each package - I get dinged for item not as described even though I go to great lengths to describe each item and add please contact me with questions and all ove the above yeild a positive feedback with glowing remarks.  Seriously ebay - fix this stuff.

Re: Feedback

Ebay no longer uses the stars for anything. So they actually did do something about it.

I can't remember a seller I saw who was below 4.6 on any star. It's like Lake Wobegon where all children are above average. You're going to get people who mark hard or people who think 3 means not applicable. Since it no longer affects your selling account and gets averaged in with all the others I think you're getting stressed out where you don't need to be.
