A few weeks ago eBay changed the Feedback page for "Replying to Feedback" and it erased ALL my pre-typed responses AND it would NOT retain the new ones I typed. Today they changed the regular Feedback page ... and they did NOT carry my pre-typed Feedback messages forward. And of course it is much,
much bigger so you only get one Feedback to respond to per page! Here's what my screen looks like LOL! This is such a fail!

It only remembers the feedback I have left for items I have bought. It never remembers the feedback I leave for my buyers. Horrible Design! What I have to do is go to my feedback left for others, copy what I want to say in the new feedback and then paste it into the feedback. You can't erase it. I've tried. It is embedded in eBay's horrible software!

Feedback became stupid and useless when they quit allowing sellers to leave negative feedback. Now I have to sell to degenerate buyers too....mandated by ebay that will do nothing to buyers with 10+ non paid item strikes....and ones that OBVIOUSLY abuse "ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED"..... I just want to know if ebay is the training ground for government employees or where government omployees retire to to train snowflakes??

All my pre-typed comments disappeared too. My feedback now consists of "Thanks" as a seller and "A+" as a buyer.

I continue to wonder why you are having so many problems?
I use SH.........click on the # awaiting feedback, choose which ones I want to leave it for......click on feedback and then, because I've had stored feedback in there for at least a year or two, just click leave feedback....... never had any problems.

Yep, all mine are gone, too -- flushed down into the eBay toilet bowl!
I had 28 DIFFERENT feedback responses (1 general, 1 simply a noncommittal "thanks," and 26 alphabetical, used for buyers who purchased multiple items) -- but now the eBay kraken has swallowed them up -- again!
Every time eBay decides on a new, "vastly improved" format change, it seems that one of the collateral victims is always customized feedback messages created by sellers.
Who is continuing to make all these bizarre and useless format changes -- a graduate of the Looney Tunes School of Computer Science? Why are these changes supposed to be a positive experience, and who are the people whom these changes are supposed to serve?
Certainly not eBay sellers -- it now takes longer to do even the easiest of tasks.
Two business adages I learned over 50 years ago: KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid!); and "If it ain't broken, don't fix it." Once again, eBay fails the test -- Spring Quarter Grade = F-.

@dhbookds I haven't changed anything so the "problems" lie with eBay, on the old FB pages I had stored FB going back over a year, maybe closer to 2. All I had to do was type one letter and any FB that started with that would give a list of choices. ALL my stored FB is gone for 1) leaving it for Buyers and 2) Replying to FB others leave me.
eBay changed the pages, the Classic Pages are gone. While a label is printing I click the Leave FB link and this is NOW what I get. New format, no stored FB ... I won't be able to see if it stored the one I just typed until I sell something else but if it works like their revision on Reply to FB left then there will be no stored FB.

I've no doubt all the changes in Myebay are a problem......and just my opinion, probably going to continue to be a problem.....and eventually they will kill the new Myebay stuff. I don't you/others don't like it........but frankly, I think your best bet is to simply go to SH.....

@dhbookds If you've read enough of my posts I have said on more than one occasion that I use both Classic pages and Seller Hub. There are some features on SH I prefer using over the Classic pages. However, the issue is not with SH or the Classic pages, its with the poor programming and eBay's effort to make one platform work on both mobile devices and PCs instead of having two versions, both suited more for the device being used ... this was brought in a zoom meeting with them and that was their position. So what suffers is the PC user interface and I suspect that most mid to large Sellers use PCs and not their phones.
The Classic pages are FAST on my system but parts of SH are slow ... THAT is not a system or device problem, THAT is a programming problem. Every other software program I run or web site I visit are FAST, the exception is SH ...
For the Feedback issue, why wouldn't they automatically carry stored FB forward? Its all right there, they have access to it?
The new All Selling page rolled out on my account Monday this week and is missing was ALL the Monthly running totals for Sales, Auctions with bids, total number of bids, total number of sales, etc. ... there is NO current sales info on the All Selling page ... how can you have an ALL Selling page with NO Sales information?
For every new page they have rolled out it has cost more time to get anything done, either waiting for pages to load, multiple clicks and scrolls, etc. It's really sad ...

...I leave feedback for buyers mostly by using eBay app. from my unable to update iPhone...
...for seller recently, I haven't have a chance to leave anything yet so I don't know how horrible feedback page is gonna be...may be I should check it out...
...well, on the other side just for entertainment, the last three purchases from a seller whom left a distaste experience that's holding me in going back and forth in decision of placing feedback or not because I have zero tolerance for leaving negative feedback...if thing didn't work out with sellers, I simply just walk away, no nagging, no whining, no confrontation, no negative trading messages...and definitely no feedback...

A couple years ago eBay revamped the feedback page that we were seeing, and it wiped out all of our stored FB messages as well (and would not save any more). The ability finally came back about 6 months ago, but in the interim I just kept a text file open with the various FB messages I wanted to access, when I needed one I just copy/pasted it.
