Feedback that isn’t valid

I got a neutral feedback with this message: “Description never stated metal and plastic for this item; other than this one issue.”

This criticism seems invalid. It was a brand new item in a package with a clear plastic front and cardboard backing. I took photos from every conceivable angle. The contents were clearly visible. There was nothing misleading in the description.

Neutral feedback is like a Yield sign - you take a quick look over your shoulder, ignore it, and just keep going.

Sorry, I have to agree with your buyer, should have been noted in the description, not just depending on the pictures.

The buyer could have asked if it really wasn't clear - or if it even really mattered.  On the other hand, I could see this as being an important question if it was something like a set of dentures.

Idk..I think most buyers want some kind of description of the item..I know I do.Looking at the pictures I cant tell what the item is made of.

I took a look at the back of the package, and it clearly states, "This miniature is hand cast in pewter."

its about quality over quantity ..thats great you have pin ribon badges but what this means is knife attack to the death and feather in mouth until dead standard military disposal of over done and out soldier who wont do as ordered by the sepiorior offices.

here's another one this same buyer left for someone else:

ohh my favorite its the british australian flag and the velcrow ooouuuhhh its so easy to place on armored sholder as the hottie nurse mia keeps jabbing syringes into my arm andn then asks for my tv but i should just ofer her $500 dollars as she needs a life suport tv egsamle or has a pace maker that recharges from light from tv..oouuggghhh

And there are more. (and in both cases the misspelling was theirs)

Just my opinion, but I checked that listing.

Unwarranted feedback rating.

No more seller info needed.

Buyer should have known what they were buying.

Agreed..but probably wouldnt have hurt the op to mention it.If they dont read the large print, they sure arent going to read all that fine print wall of text on the back.

It's a writing style, and one that is not only almost impossible to replicate well (i.e., if you're James Joyce), but got way too popular for a while.  I post on a board with a perfectly sober individual who keeps trying to explain simple concepts in this silly style - it's annoying.
