Feedback score not updating

I have as of right now +23 and -1 feedback. It should be 23/(23+1) = .958333. It should round up to 96. Why hasn't it updated? Also the counted feedback are no repeats and within the past year.

Well, that is something that is true enough.

So maybe if the OP is suffering from feedback anxiety a few purchases from sellers that give auto positive when a purchase is made would help.

You  have 20 + feedback as seller.  1- feedback as a seller which equals 19 SELLER feedback.

You have 2+ feedback as a buyer

Feedback percentage is based on total feedback, regardless of whether it was received as a seller or as a buyer.

Feedback rolls off the stats after 12 months. So as new feedback comes in, old feedback ages off. eBay is looking at past 12 months of transactions.

As others said, if you're that desperate for some new feedback then go shopping and buy from a few different sellers that have a track record of leaving FB for buyers.

 I've waited over a month for feedback percentage to update.  It never did.  I contacted ebay & got 2 cut & paste responses.  I'm tired.  It's too much.  I guess ebay feels this benefits them in some way.  But with over hundreds of positive feedback & only 1 negative in 4 years Ebay chose the one negative.  It doesn't make since anymore.  Is there anyone else with this problem?
