Feedback received: "Good"

So recently i received 2 identical feedbacks that say "Good".  1 word.  1 syllable. Not even a period.  When i read that i can picture a cave man grunting the word "good".

I think what they meant to say was "Fast shipping! Excellent packaging! Trusted seller!  Will buy from again!".

Oh well, i guess some feedback is better than no feedback at all.  LOL

Yes, when you consider how many complain they aren't getting feedback...I don't believe I have seen anyone complain about the caliber or expressiveness of that feedback before.

OP, yes, it could have been more expressive but it could also have been nothing or a negative for some off the wall reason, such as uncoordinated colors in the packing peanuts.

"Good" is no reason to fret, IMO.

Had the buyer been aware that they'd be compared to a cave man the feedback could have been a lot less nice.

Best to focus attention on more important things.

We have had similar feedback.  Have noted that buyers from countries where English isn't spoken tend to leave simple responses.

It is frustrating when we pack real well ship the item the same day, and get very few feedback. With the years of selling we always say " no news is good news" because if something went wrong with the item or shipping you can bet money they let you know right away lol. We take any kind of positive feedback it's all good.

We get your frustration, we feel the same way. Sometimes I think buyers buy so much online they get tired of doing feedback.
