Feedback no longer showing item number?

I used that to look at buyers feedback when it says 'repeat buyer' so I can see what they bought and when? Now, nothing shown??

Actually, it shows 'Repeat Customer' even if they put all items in 1 cart and pay at once- as I've seen that with buyers with a (1) or (3) by their name and can easily see their feedback, all from me and nothing prior to 'todays' sale.
