Feedback dates

Over night all my feed back is showing the same date. i.e. 1/4/19.  Can anyone advise please?

Are you seeing this in the Seller Hub? There have been other posts about this. It must be a glitch. My feedback is also showing all the same dates. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

It's strange though how this glitch is the same on the UK and US site.

It may be that I am totally ignorant about FB, but I always look at my FB on my Feedback Profile (don't use Seller Hub) and I always see "within past month", "past 6 months" etc just like always.

Why is the actual date of FB important to sellers? Seriously, please return and explain it to me.

Feedback is very important to me and part of the whole selling business. The date is vital in keeping an up to date view on the day to day running .

So does it mess up your keeping track when not all buyers leave feedback?

I've just checked my other ebay accounts, the dates are still wrong, but they are not  1 /4 /19, they are 19/12/18.

This account I'm posting with here shows 1 / 4 / 19 , same as yours.

I am having the same issue except the date is showing 04/01/2019. Also when I look at the feedback of of my buyers the item numbers all show 1111111 and when you click item number it shows item unavailable.

This is happening to every account I believe. It is just a glitch. Not the end of the world.
