If the seller sends a feedback revision request, the buyer can then revise the feedback in any way they wish. They can leave it as negative and simply change the wording, or they can change it to neutral, or to positive. It's all up to the person that left the feedback, but only if they receive an official revision request from the seller. They can't edit it otherwise.
