I believe you can go into your account and there will be a line item invoice.

For us, the invoice section is completely bugged and not showing anything. We've been awaiting the csv file report for about an hour now.

If you sold an item but the buyer never paid, you need to file to get the FVF credited:
You can file an Unpaid Item Dispute as early as 48 hours after the sale. The buyer will then have 96 hours to pay. Buyer pays, you ship. The buyer doesn't pay, you close the dispute. You get your FVF credited and the buyer gets a strike. Two strikes and most sellers will have their blocks in place so this buyer will have a hard time buying for 12 months.

Yeah, I'm not sure what's going on.
Our accountant informed me that she was checking our invoice for this month and it was not working.
Tried multiple computers on different browsers, it was simply blank.
Will be fine assuming the csv file works properly, that is once the file is completed & sent to us

@daveziggy98-5, you can have fees for listing which are different than fees for completed sales. This is a member-to-member board so we can't see your account. You need to log in to your eBay account and look at the line item invoice to see what the charges are for.
alan@ebay, this appears to be another example of someone directed to the .com discussion boards from the .co.uk help pages.

Your Completed (but unsold) listings show that you put a Reserve price on your auctions. This incurs a nonrefundable fee which is a percentage of the reserve price.
