I recently sold a work on art on eBay, and just listed a second one. But for some reason, I'm being immediately charged $29.92?! I don't recall that with the first item? Any ideas?

Did you add a reserve to the auction?
Did you use optional upgrades, such as a subtitle or Reserve price?

The amount would be detailed under your Payments Window
It should show up as 29.92 somewhere on that page..just click it and find out....
If it was a listing charge, it would have been shown right by the SUBMIT button when you listed the item....
I did notice you used UPS Ground for your July 1 sale. Is it shipping charge from that transaction?
