I am not seeing it under ‘Account Activity’. Would you happen to know where I may find it?

You won't see the FedEx charge for the shipping label in paypal. It will appear on the next invoice from eBay. eBay handles the billing for FedEx and you aren't actually charged for the label until the item is delivered.

It will show up on your eBay monthly billing:
August 15, 2017 Account summary July 16 - August 15 Pacific Time
New fees Includes promotional savings where applicable
Discounts and credits

Shipping Fees could be anything. It needs to be itemized and indicate the name of the shipper. I am not seeing anything at all regarding shipping on my account statement. Maybe it will show up later? I want to see it as the transaction transpires. Thanks for your reply however clearly Ebay has room for improvement on that one.

I forgot to do that. Why should I have to do that? It is not an issue when selecting USPS.

Well, I have a problem with that because the price might change. I need to know the exact price before the item is listed and the final shipping price needs to match that amount. I don't want to go back later and discover that the listing has lost money once again because of the shipping charges turning out to be higher than were ORIGINALLY indicated. I am getting mighty tired of being burned on shipping. These charges also fail to account for the 13% fees on top of shipping. The calculator should automatically indicate 13% higher to account for the fee’s.

I just received an email stating: Did you get the answer you needed? Now I have a question for Ebay. Are you going to do something to help remedy the situation? To me, it is totally unacceptable, to be surprised with a higher charge later on. I need to know the CORRECT PRICE NOW and it needs to match with the price presented, when the shipping label was purchased. I need to be able to go back and verify. If I can do this with USPS then surly what we have here is an inconsistency in Ebay Policy, and that is not how this issue of shipping is supposed to work. We have an exception in the Policy exclusively for Fedex and for nobody else. The data reporting to the Seller, needs to be consistent throughout the selling process, regardless of the shipping method selected, or the shipper itself. WE DON’T DO THAT FOR FEDEX is unacceptable. Ebay needs to report the charges the same way for all shipments paid for through Ebay, no exceptions. This is a major inconsistency in Ebay Policy.

Solution: Open a Fedex account

You can presumably add a handling fee. Why would the shipping calculator worry about Ebay and Paypal fees? It's a shipping calculator. Ebay and Paypal fees are not shipping.
Now if you're wondering about the cost of shipping by FedEx. I believe there is a long running glitch where the calculator undercharges for shipping for FedEx.
