Fed up with ebay where sellers get screwed no matter what.

I been buying and selling on eBay since 2001 and I never had any problems untill Covid hit and it’s getting worse and worse.

not only sellers cannot leave bad feedback to buyer who scams you or return an empty box for full refund and ebay decides with buyer no matter what.

I get more problems lately and it’s really make my stomach sick.

I sold few items and almost 2 months later buyer want to return and file with ebay return…46 days after the sale..ebay automatically accept return and force me to pay for return shipping.

I thought return policy was only 30 days….I guess not.

I had another buyer open a return after 36 days saying she no longer like it…again somehow ebay make me pay $3.50 return shipping.

this is ridiculous. 
but more frustrating thing is, ebay allow buyer another 30 days to return after they opened return through ebay what?

so buyer opened return after 46 days and few weeks past, still has not shipped….I guess they wait till close to return due dates….

people are so unfair and unkind and ebay as well.

how we are able to relax selling on eBay? 
after this thing resolve, I m leaving ebay for good.

no wonder ebay stock is falling and over million people has left ebay.

not to mention PayPal gives 90 days to return…

They forced a return on me a few years back after 122 days when the return policy was supposedly 14 days back then! Customer claimed they were out of town and didn’t open the package for 3 months….. I had already stopped actively selling when my checking account was suddenly overdrawn by eBay. Needless to say I was very upset.

Are you sure that wasn't PayPal that processed that old claim?
