Did you mean:

Fast N Free

I have listed a couple of items.  I offer free shipping on them and I will ship them within one day.  How do I change my listings to reflect the fast shipping and get the Fast N Free designation?

Thanks

Weston

Re: Fast N Free

eBay puts Fast N Free on your listings if they estimate that it will be delivered within 4 business days.  Remember that sellers see a different view of their listings; I'm seeing FnF on some of yours and it's probably just a matter of time before it shows up on the rest.

Re: Fast N Free

Ebay uses the fast N free designation based on shipping time data from your previous listings. I always choose "economy shipping" which is one to ten business days. Most of my items ship the same day and are sent priority or first class and I'm in NYC which is a massive shipping hub. So ebay has attached the fast n free logo to most of my listings based on actual delivery time even though I'm trying to dissuade the impatient and under promise while over delivering.

So I have the opposite complaint, I'd like to see fast n free removed from my listings. But I must admit having it has not caused any problems thus far. If you continue to get your items out fast the fast n free logo will display to buyers in more and more locations as ebay compiles more data on your shipments. So the best advice here is keep up the good work.

Re: Fast N Free

The delivery time, and hence the 'Fast N Free" badge, are based on the buyer's location.  When you look at your own listing, you see the delivery estimate for a buyer in your own ZIP Code.  Many sellers see Fast N Free on their own listings with long handling times and/or slow services, when buyers farther away won't see it.
