Ebay unlisted some of my items as being counterfeit. I've never had this to happen and the thing about it is there are so many people selling the same exact item which is Nerium Age Defying Night Cream. I used to sell this and I was selling what was left of my stock. I talked to them and they told me if I relisted the items that it could result in terminating my account. I'm all about people trying to make a little extra money these days. I'm retired and started selling (mostly have been a buyer) a couple of weeks ago basically to have a little hobby. It's so discouraging to see if's okay for some to sell the exact item but not okay for others. I'm all about fairness and each person being treated equally. Just wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem!!

Sounds like someone reported your products, maybe a competitor..not much you can do about it..just dont relist.

...contact Customer Service to file an appeal...you need to show legal proof of your inventory (receipts of stock purchase at least...)...do the same if your case involves in VERO...they will turn on "green light" for your selling after verify your legitimate information...
...this happened to me at the beginning of my selling Chanel perfume products...
...the most annoying matter is when buyers falsely excuse your item is counterfeit just because they found out the same product but much way cheaper from other sellers (and that could be a real counterfeit but they don't know), eBay sides with buyers to force a return and refund from you...

VERO:
Verified rights owner is what that means: if they say counterfeit: eBay has to do what they say.
Don not relist that item: you are now on the list to watch:
If you can get cleared to sell such from the VERO then you might relist.

When you say "dont relist" do you mean don't use the "sell similar" link (there is no relist link when an item is deleted by eBay) or just don't ever sell that item ever again? Even if I do a completely new listing as well?

It means exactly what it says.
Don't relist.
Don't make a new listing.
Don't Sell Similar.
Nothing. Rien. Nada. ZIP.
EBay like most sites has robots sweeping the sites for problem listings and you are now on that list.

Fake item accusation hi and I absolutely 100% there with you hun! eBay remove my item ( just simple clover pendant with pearl enamel ) I have include my receipt and item had all pictures of stamp and probe of gold . I bought it in TJMax as fine jewelry and posted for sale to earn little money . It’s infuriated me because there is hundreds of same item on eBay and still for sale and I didn’t have chance to put it back! But their loss . I will remove my items that is expensive and go with Real Real , Fashionfile and etc and this dumb costumer service will not get any good penny from me now! I would advice you to look up for Amazon to sell your cream

100 can be that also . Mine item was removed after I decline offer . So nasty people probably report some lie so just I will have some issues. But I am way out smarter than EBay team! Sold it already through them 😛😂😂😂
