Fake counterfeit Lego harry potter night bus with wrong model number 6073

Anyone seen the fake harry potter knight us with fake model number 6073.

I have reported a few  fake Lego harry potter night bus sets to eBay with the model number  6073.

eBay responded with:

We looked into your report and didn’t find the listing to be in violation of our policy.  This determination was made by a customer service agent.

These listings clearly state it is Lego when it is not. Some sellers are not mentioning the word Lego but alot are and they are advertising these in multiples.

eBay what are you ignoring all these counterfeit listings.

This is not a safe platform to buy from.

It is misleading for buyers.

Buyers are protected with Ebays MBG. You are actually just sending all your reports to a bot who is responding to you. If enough reports are made on an item, Ebay will then step in and take a look..but nothing is done with just one report.You can imagine with 1.5 billion listings, how many reports are made daily.There are a lot of busy bodies on Ebay, (not saying you are one.)

It is rather safe if the buyers understand the eBay Money Back Guarantee MBG and know how to apply it. Relying on eBay to police millions of listings is just not realistic. Use common sense, communicate with the sellers and understand the eBay MBG. If you need the item today, buy locally.

Pretty sure Lego has enough muscle to pull fake listings.

just let LEGO handle it they are very strict on their brand on eBay.

I got a Vero for having a Mega Blok item in my LEGO store Category(my Stores Category), LEGO wasnt used in any part of the listing but I accidently put in my Store Category LEGO instead of Mega Bloks
