In fact he has no feedback for over 1 year.  He is selling an electric guitar loaded for $13. with free shipping.  It says on his post he has sold 13 or more, with "NO FEEDBACK"

I have left him 4 e-mails in the last 10 days and have never got a replay.

The person is Registered in the USA but selling in Canadian Dollars. Looks like a China Junk to me. You know Ebay likes to promote this kind of Behavior but God Forbid you use half a curse word here. Ebay has no morals. I have seen a million of those accounts and Ebay does nothing even when notified. Yet they will come after me if i say one word,,,,
