Facebook Instagram Connection

I had Facebook and Instagram connected and working for months on my eBay account.  Now they will not relink.  Has anyone experienced this and any fixes.

This is a known sitewide issue eBay is working on to resolve.  You can contact customer service and ask that your account be added to ALERT15184.

Also, I’ve had Facebook and Instagram connected seamlessly to my eBay account for months, but now they won’t relink. Has anyone else faced this issue and found any solutions? It's frustrating since the integration was so helpful for managing listings and promotions. For those struggling with this, I suggest ensuring that both apps are updated to their latest versions. Sometimes, simply uninstalling and reinstalling the Instagram Windows can resolve connectivity problems.
