I recently decided to delete volume pricing from a number of listings. When I went to my storefront, I noticed the volume pricing was still there, in red! It took me a while, but I FINALLY figured out why.
Under the Marketing tab, in discounts, each one of these discounts was listed separately! So I then had to end each of them there also.
When you create a volume discount, it is done directly in the listing. When you end it, you need to do it in two places. 🙄 Makes perfect sense...

Well that explains why I recently discovered a sale item from several months ago. Sure glad eBay explains all of this upfront for us.
🤔Oh, my bad, that was another platform.

Hey @heirloomangel you don't have to end in two places. I always end my volume discounts directly from the discount management page as it's clean and quick and fewer clicks. Hope that helps for next time. 🙂

By the way, you can also create a volume discount from that page - although I always create during listing flow as it's more convenient.

Now that makes more sense! I wasn't even aware they were listed in the discount management area, as this is the first time I had ever run volume discounts.
Thank you for the tip!! I'll do that next time!
