Hello Sellers! Earlier today I contacted eBay Customer Support wanting to cancel my store subscription due to the GTC change for fixed price listings in the Seller Update 2019 and I was able to do so without having to pay the penalty for early termination. A copy of the confirmation email from Customer Service is included below. Hope this helps for anyone else that has the same concerns as I did. Good luck and Happy eBaying?!??
