1000's of items to list, or drop ship ?

One reason for the limit is that eBay does not want you to try to drop ship thousands of items out of China.

That would be a disaster for you, eBay, and buyers.

You make your money when you sell not when you list.  If you're sitting on thousands of dollars worth of merch over some 35-cent listing fees, then you need a store.

They didn't take a look at the cool stuff the seller has listed! I was humming the words of some of the sheet music as I scrolled through, and I am only 65!

If you're so sure that what you have to list will sell, why are you so hung up over .35 listing fees? Your stuff should be paying for itself via sales.

Invest in a store the same way other seller's do to increase free listings - you have to spend money to make money and if in fact you do have thousands of items your store fee will pay for itself each month.
