I am new to eBay. Honestly wanted to sell some of my shoes. Created seller's account and after four months on eBay I got all my items purchased by fake users. Only one transaction out of 40 came through and I have one happy buyer, who actually exists. FRAUD is everywhere on eBay! Terrible experience. And now I can not even contact eBay directly. Does anybody know how to speak to eBay representative live (over the phone?)

I don't think you're being dishonest but I don't think you've told the whole story.
You had one good sale out of 40? If so, why are you still here? Why do you still have items listed?
If things were that bad I would have quit a long time ago.

As a newbie seller selling pricey items, you are scam magnet. Did you file an unpaid item dispute on all those sales to get your final value fees credited? why do you want to call Ebay? You can drastically reduce the scammers bidding on your items by listing with fixed price and immediate payment required..

A competing seller of similar items can easily purchase hijacked accounts through unethical methods in order to eliminate sellers offering the same merchandise.
It is always good to make sure the address of the winning bidder is not a landfill and that the buyer does not appear in his or her local obituaries as a recently deceased dementia patient.
I've had multiple deceased elderly women "win" my items in recent months. I think there is a chance some criminals are actually visiting elderly hospice centers to get these accounts which are then being used by unethical sellers on eBay to eliminate the items of competitors.
