I have a buyer who is disputing 30 days after signing for the package. The amount is $600 and I needed the money. I tried to download photos of the shirt, screenshot of item description, tracking and signature confirmation on the app. Well unfortunately pictures taken on my iPhone 11 are larger the jpeg 1. 4 mB??? Then I looked today and only ONE picture went through. It was the only mark on shirt (red dot under the arms). The shirt is from the 1980s. I called and they said I will have a chance to appeal and challlenge again. Is this true?
This seller was shady when I shipped it to Portland, ORegon but was charged an international fee cause he lives in Thailand. **bleep** How do I get those $11.00 back there?
I did everything I could to protect myself my taken pictures. He also filed the dispute with his financial institution.
what do we do SELLERS? How are we protected from this? This is why there should be a fraud and customer service number for situations. What do I do now?

I haven't seen any evidence that ebay protects sellers from SNAD Chargebacks, but you should still try an appeal when you can. Good luck.

Don't sell it on ebay if you can't afford to lose the shirt and the money. Sorry to say but you just lost your shirt on this sale. Nothing you can do and ebay won't help. If he filed a dispute with his credit card co. ebay will have to take the $600 from your account. 100% chance you lose.

Only one picture went thru because that is all that is accepted in the process, one picture to argue your entire case with. At this point, it is out of your hands, out of eBay's hand. Are you saying he opened both a case with eBay and a case with his credit card company?

Sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately, buyers are NOT required to prove any of their claims. They can say whatever they want and you have to refund money. If you dispute this case....you will never win. Also you will be charged $20 fee and get a "defect" on your account for losing this case.

You sold a shirt.
It was sent to a freight forwarder.
The freight forwarder sent it to Thailand.
This is Good News.
Tell the buyer to return the shirt for a refund.
You only have to send the Return Shipping Label to the forwarder.
If they don't get the shirt back in time, and/or don't return it to you before the Dispute times out, you win the dispute.
Be polite but firm.
No refund without return.
The International fee is partly because your buyer used a Thai (?) credit card to pay for the shirt and these attract higher fees.

Use of a freight forwarder voids their money back guarantee
