Hello

I have one NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SCORE in 15 years and my score drops  from 100% to 83.3%.

Out of 58 sold items.

Please recalculate  my score so I'm at the 95% feedback level.

Your score only includes feedback received in a twelve month period. Get more fb to raise your score.

The percentage is calculated only on feedback for the past 12 months.  In your case, that seems to be one negative, one neutral, and five positives left for you during that time.

83.3% is the correct score. In the last twelve months you have 5 positive and 1 negative (the 1 neutral is a wash so has no bearing on the count). 

So of the six feedback you have, each is roughly 16.67% of 100%. Subtract from 100 the 16.67 for the negative and you have 83.3% positive feedback.
